Rant...& scan question

Grrrr I'm so mad at my doc today! Normally she does a "full" checkup when I go, (The only thing other than the scan she does is check my BP and weight & calls that a "full" checkup) and she charges quite a bit. Anyhow, I started going to my MW a month ago & my she is checking my BP & weight. so I told my Doc that I only want a scan today, since MW does the other stuff. (And with a scan i only pay half). She didnt seem too happy about it and got all grouchy. I was quite shocked at her sudden change of attitude!! Then came time to scan... she was being so rough!!! She normally explains everything so well, shows us each organ etc. This time it took her barely 2 minutes and she was done. WTF?? Thank god Im not going to her again!!!
Anyway, lemme get on with my question.. So since she didn't explain anything whatsoever, and pretty much ignored DH and my questions, I wanna know from you ladies why does the babys belly looks so big?? Is there something wrong?? Or is this normal??

Looking at your scan; AC = Abdominal Circumference and it lines up in weeks and days with everything else.

No that looks normal! It's like babies heads always seem massive haha!

Everything evens out and I'm sure she would have said something even if she was a butch haha x
