how does it work have been induced last 4 births and want to try to have a normal one this time.......................but will onoly start to take at about 37 weeks as will have stitch removed then..................

It works by toning your uterus, it is said to shorten the second stage of labour. Your suppose to drink it from 32 weeks every day so it might be a bit late for you but it can't hurt to try

I was told not to start until at least 36 weeks x

Its supposed to tone your uterus to make labour shorter (mainly the pushing stage i think) I started drinking 1 cup a day at 32 weeks then I will up to 2 cups at 34 weeks and 3/4 cups at 37 weeks, I asked my midwife before I drank it and she confirmed that was ok she also said it won't induce labour it will just help when you are in labour.
