Raspberry leaf tea

Okay, so I wanted to get some today because my luck, if i dont do it while its on my mind, i never will but...none of the boxes say specifically 'raspberry leaf' so....does that mean just raspberry flavored tea? I got Celestial Seasoning Herbal Caffeine Free Raspberry Zinger tea...(haha mouthful) does that count? I dont want to open the box if it isnt.

has to be raspberry leaf ... health food shops usually have it, i couldnt find any of the actual tea and it apparently tastes disgusting so i bought the capsules instead, not fantastic tasting but at least its over and done with quickly

It has to be red raspberry leaf tea itself, not just the flavour.
I added a little sugar into mine because I thought it tasted bland. It doesn't bring on labour though, it will only strength your pelvic muscles to aid delivering and should shrink your uterus back up in no time

I took one cup a day between 34 - 35 weeks, two cups between 36 - 38 weeks and then after 38 I drank it non stop because I loved it

I read it helps strengthen the uterus...if there is a chance it make labor easier, it's worth drinking! I hope I like it as much as you did.

i got mine in tablet form.. i got it from holland and barrat but you're in USA?

I got the tablets, don't know if it helped but delivery was very quick and easy. By 40 weeks I was taking about 6 a day.

Finding an offer where shipping doesnt cost 5 dollars for a box of 16-24 tea bags is like pulling teeth!!! lol didnt think it would be such a hassle

That sucks you can't find it easily in the US. Over here you can walk into any hollistic medicine place and bam it's there!

Yeah. I still go out and buy it now, I think I like it so much because if I actually get round to drinking it warm it's a nice tea but more often than not I end up drinking it cold and it's just like juice
