OMG I am sat at my desk crying, but it is spot on.

I sent this to my hubby and check out his reply,

"I'm sorry that I didn't really understand the full picture of how hard it is but that has cleared a lot of things up I will try to be more supportive and I'm sorry if you fill you have been doing it all on your own x"

I am a blubbering wreak now but thank you for posting

I agree, I thought everything in there was spot on.

Didn't mean to upset you in anyway....but I guess this is one letter that every friend or family member who asks you to relax or says "it will happen when it has to" should read

omg! thank u for posting this link...the letter to friends and family sums up exactly how i feel. i think that i may even write my own to give to the people in my life that feel need help to understand me at this time!
