ready made cartons

I've just opened a ready made carton of cow n gate as my LO was crying for more milk.however we only used 2 oz outof it. how long before its past its best. is it an hour? or can i pop the rest in a sterile bottle ready for next feed or am i to chuck it down the sink?

I think the recomendation on cartoons is to keep them in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Altough the big ready made cartons say 48hours...and personally I don't see the difference between a small and a big!

Its 2 hours if kept at room temp, 24 hours in the fridge x

24 hours, but in the back of the fridge NOT the door!!!!

Or 48 hours with a big karton....but also in the back of the fridge.
