All afternoon and evening I've been really bad period pain type cramps. I'm worried, is this normal, or could something be wrong? I've not had any bleeding, and I havent throughout my pregnancy so far. Also, maybe this is a little much, but I'm feeling pressure in my bum, like I need to poo  Maybe thats totally unrelated, but if it could be important then I guessed I had better say it.

Apart from the cramping, I am still reaaally bloated and having quite bad morning sickness. Does this still kind of indicate that everythings okay? Or if something went wrong, would these symptoms take a few days to die down?

Any advice?

You sound exactly like I did when I was 8 weeks pregnant!!
I started getting cramping and I was so incredibly scared. I could tell it was period like cramps (not having to poo cramps or anything like that) So I was so worried there was something wrong with my uterus/baby!

BUT it's totally normal :flower: If it's accompanied by bleeding or if it gets unbearable, progressively worse, and feels like sharp sharp stabbing pain that continues to keep increasing, then you should call your doctor. But that dull achy 'menstrual cramp' feeling is just your body adjusting to everything! And, you will experience more of it. I got it every day for a few weeks, and now that I'm 36 weeks I started to get it again!

I pretty sure I posted almost this same exact thread when I was 8 weeks.. I was so worried! :haha: But don't be worried it is normal, if it ever gets too bad or you are ever in doubt, just give the nurse a call :)

Just sounds like normal pregnancy symptoms! :)

Thank you girls. They started to die down a couple hours ago and I havent had anymore in about half an hour - an hour.
