really bad lower stomach cramps? ov cramping?

Hey all. I haven't checked when I ovulated this month I'm on cd20 so maybe abit late for ov cramps cycle lasts between 25,26,27 or 28 days. But since yesturday I am having realy bad pain on my lower stomach but its like muscle pain (don't know if u have a muscle in ur lower stomach) but it hurts if I suck my tummy in or tense my stomach and its very painthful..

Any one had similer pain? What was the course for you? And when it ur cycle does it usualy happen?
