Really bad pains

OMG I am so stupid and naive

So im sitting there today and all of a sudden i start getting tummy ache types pains around my diaphragm, just under my rib cage. So i start freaking out as the pain kinda takes my breath away and ive never felt anything like it.

So i call up my bf as she has had 2 children and she told me it sounds like trapped wind and indigestion she got it all the time with her 2 pg.

Ive never had it before, only heartburn.

Anyone else getting this problem already? and is it normal at 9 wks?

In early pregnancy especially I had terrible trapped wind. It was soooo painful at times. I've never really had that much of a problem with it till I became pregnant. Sometimes my belly would get really big and bloated from it too.

Now I don't have it so bad but it gets worse in the evenings. I find if I lay down and then change possitions I can feel a bit gas bubble move inside me, I guess as the baby stops leaning on it so it can get through. If this makes enough noise it tends to wake baby up which is quite funny.

It's very normal at any stage of pregnancy.

Unfortunately, I suffer from it without being pregnant and therefore resort to eating little during the day. But now I need to eat even healthier...vegetables, etc...and that causes indigestions and trapped wind. It's not fun, I know.
