really bad swelling at 7 weeks

So I am roughly 7 weeks my first apt isn't for 10 more days but I am concerned. My feet yesterday swelled up like when I had my first child, but with my first they didn't swell this bad until 8 months. My feel look like I am 8 months. They have yet to go down.
