really bad thrush, but what can I use?

hello ladies. sorry for the tmi, but I currently have extremely bad thrush. I'm actually bleeding now, I'm that irritated down there! (I know it's not from inside, as the blood is tiny spots, and I've been so sore/itchy down there for the past few days ) I even got OH to look and he said it's extremely red! my question is, what can I use to get rid of it whilst pregnant? as I went to get canesten, and it says on the box not to use if pregnant.. I really need something, ASAP. I've been taking antibiotics for a water infection, so I know it's probably come from taking them.

ive used canisten once pessarys when pregnant, just go to your gp they will prescribe something. and get some cream form the chemist in the meantime x
