Really bloated tummy, sore and hard?

Anyone had this?

My tummy is almost flat in the morning and by evening I look about six months gone. Today it has gone a bit hard and sore (feels like the skin is sore from being stretched too much).

My tummy gets sore at the bottom and i've already got pulling pains in my right hand side when I stretch or cough. The bloating happens unfortunately - and some people go straight from bloat to bump!
