Hi, I've been off bcp since May and have had three cycles of different lengths. I know this is typical for many people after coming off bcp and I was just glad that I was ovulating. (the first month confirmed this with opk and bbt, only bbt since has worked).
This month though, I had a biphasic chart as normal but have only had light spotting/brown discharge for the last six days when I would be expecting a fairly heavy period.
Based on FF chart, I am CD39 even though my temperature has dropped to pre-ovulation levels. I am 19DPO and been using 10miu HPT every day without a line appearing! Also have cramps every day.
I'm really confused! I didn't think you could have an annovulatory cycle with bbt shift. I just want to start next cycle now!
