I've woken up really dizzy this morning. I've managed to get up and plonk myself on the sofa but I'm still really dizzy, I've eaten some crumpets and had a cuppa, but still really bad. Any ideas why?? I don't like it :(

It seems to be wearing off slightly, will see how it goes, if it continues I will ring the doctors, it's just a pain at the weekends...
