REALLY nervous

went to doctors yesterday just for a blood test to check my folic acid, ferrtin, b12 and full blood count to check everything is okay as i have problems with my b12 and iron but last check in jan was good. i just had a call from the doctors saying its not urgent but need to give them a call as my bloods have came back... she is ringing back in ten mins but im scared now thinking what is wrong.. ah.

hello
just got the phone call back,
in jan my iron was 11.9 and ferrtin 13
(ferrtin is the store of iron)
and the results which have just come back are
iron-10.9 and ferrtin dropped back to 7.
folic acid she said was good though 16.2

So i have to go in on the 20th as im going on hoilday with three services users where i work on friday for a week (help me lol) she said i will need to have more vitamin top ups as its too low.. even though im taking pretnals. ah well it could of been worse thank you all though i love you people and this site lol! x
