Really odd question but what do you do with your dirty nappies??

We just chuck ours in the kitchen bin (if it's a really stinky one it goes in a nappy bag first), then empty it at bedtime into the wheelie bin. Our bin collections are weekly, but I'd do it the same way if they were fortnightly.

Why don't you just skip the box in the garden and move them straight to the bin? Then insects wouldn't be able to get at them (or if they did it wouldn't matter!).

We do the same, our collection is weekly so the bin men have lovely smells to deal with come tuesday! xx

Because it's such a hot climate over here, our rubbish is collected every evening. If we didn't have our rubbish collected every night though, flies would breed immediately and we would have cockroach infestations. Despite this I regularly find cockroaches outside the building, so it's not failsafe

We keep nappies in the house until the bin fills up (we have a large bin for the entire flat, and so it's filled in 1-2 days), and then take it out to the wheelie bins that are in the entrance to the block, and then they're taken away.

Stick them in the nappy bucket till i can be bothered to wash them.

me too:haha:

thankfully my washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer and double radiator are in my shed so i put the nappies into a bucket out there and then wash them every 3rd day

We roll them up, use the tabs to sticky it shut nice and small, and throw it in the kitchen trash can which has a big trash bag in it. when its full we tie up the trash bag, and put it in the collection trash can outside.

same :flow:

mine go in nappy bag (and then a carrier if there paticularly smelly) and straight out in bin

I put them into a nappy bag and into our peddle bin in the kitchen and then into the bin outside. Our peddle bin is usually emptied everyday.

I just stick them in the bathroom bin, which doesn't even have a close-fitting lid - our bathroom smells pretty ripe at times! But when it gets too stinky I just take it out to the communal bins.

we have alot of people living in our home so the bins are emptied nearly every 3-4 hours, we put wet nappies normal in the bin (a bin with a binliner) and we put the soiled nappies in fragrenced bags in the bin, they then go outside in black bags inside our outside bin. (our bags get collected every week)
