Really scared, please help

Hi there, I'm new here and i really need some advice.
I'm 17 years old, living with my very strict single mum. I used to be on birth control until about two months ago when my prescription ran out. I wasn't seeing anyone at the time, so I didn't renew it. Of course I was stupid and slept with an ex boyfriend three times since then... We used condoms, but i'm very worried about pre cum. (sorry tmi) My last period started Jan. 19 and lasted 6 days. According to a 28 day cycle, i'm 6 days late. I did a home pregnancy test that was negative, and I have a doctors appt. in march but i'm still so worried. If I'm pregnant, my mom will kick me out of the house. Am i just paranoid, or could i really be pregnant? What should i do?
Any suggestions or advice would be very appreciated.

This thread is going to be closed soon, but I'd wait another week and if you still haven't started, take another pregnancy test. If it still comes out negative, I'd suggest getting to the doctor and get some blood work done. That would be able to tell you if you were pregnant for sure or not, or if there's something else that's wrong with you. I know cysts can sometimes cause missed periods. Good luck though!
