Recent miscarriage unknown pregnancy

I have recently had a miscarriage, I didn't know that I was pregnant, I'm almost 40 with 2 children, my daughter has 2 children and my son is about to start secondary school, so more children were never on the cards. Yet I feel emotionally overwhelmed at this happening.
