I've had a pretty average appetite through out my pregnancy, but the last two days have been terrible! I am just not feeling full, and want to eat all the time! Any ideas ladies?
Baby is probably just going through a growth spurt. It's normal to have periods of intense hunger and then go back to a normal appetite. Listen to your body.
Eat! Hehe, I'm the same for the past week or so I seem to be able to fit more food in again, whether that's due to baby dropping a little I'm not sure.
If you're hungry, give your body fuel. You don't have to eat junk, but I know a little of what I'm craving does my mental health good at least! Enjoy!
