Hi! I wasn't quite sure where to post this, but I figure this section works the best in my situation.
I am a 25 year old, healthy woman (or so I thought) married to a 27 year old man. We have been TTC-ing since May of 2017. The month of April was a complete failure - needless to say, I didn't fell pregnant.
June rolled around and we tried again. I was quite sure of my ovulation day, as I took multiple OPKs till I got a positive one. We BD-ed 2 days before, on the day of ovulation and one day after O day. My period was late (my normal periods are usually 26 days) by a couple of days when I tested and got a BFP. I tested again the next day and my BFP was lighter. The next day, I started spotting. We went to the hospital, where I got a transvaginal US, that showed nothing in my uterus (?) - my endometrium was at 10 mm that day (CD 31). My beta hcg came back at 14 and two days later it went down to 2. The OB GYN told us to wait for 3-6 months before trying again, but we thought it was just a chemical and decided to try again this month.
So, July came and I began counting my cycle days starting with the first day of bleeding from my CP (which was 19th June). I got a positive OPK July 3rd and we BD'ed every other day starting CD 9, up until CD16 (the day after my O). My period was late again (it still isn't here) and today is CD31, just like I was with my last CP. My progesterone levels yesterday were 2,49 and today they're at 0,7 with a beta hcg of 3. I don't understand, especially since my period isn't here.
Have I had another CP? Were I never really pregnant to begin with? I know it's confusing. It's confusing even for me as I work in this field and I don't know how to approach this. Can you help me out? Thanks so much.
