hiya I have not used it but have prescribed it for patients at work.

It is an appetite supressant so basically trains you to eat smaller meals.
It can make you dry mouthed and stop you from sleeping abit.
You would have to be monitored 2 weekly for the first 12 weeks to have your blood pressure and heart rate checked.

I have seen some very good weight losses for people taking it however i do see the patients put weight back on again when they stop it!!

You can only be on it for a max 12 months.
