Reduced fitness ?

Wondered if anyone else has experienced this or what it could be.

Joined gym 4 months ago and gradually increased either my time, resistance or weights on cardio and weight machines. Up until couple of weeks ago I could really see how I had progressed as I make notes each session.

This week I've been twice to the gym and tried an easier session similar to when I first joined the gym and couldn't complete all the machines, my face goes bright red and I'm really sweating. How can I be becoming less fit?

Wondering what I can do or what might be causing it??
 
Everyone has their 'off' times, whether it's from stress, lack of sleep, or just feeling blah. We all go through it, don't worry, just try to measure again in another week or so
 
Am like that too.

Then next week am like on fire lol!

Cant explain reason behind it.
