So, I'm on Weight Watchers. This week I did a poor job of tracking my points and didn't exercise at all, but I did put emphasis on reducing my stress levels. I really focused on one day at a time and relaxing and reminding myself that a lot of the things I worry about I don't actually need to worry about. Honestly, I didn't even want to weigh in this week because I thought I would probably gain weight or stay the same. I was kind of being a worry-wart this morning, but I made myself go weigh in. I lost 2.4 pounds! I'm attributing the loss to reducing stress because I don't know what else could have caused it.
I know I probably won't see this kind of result every week, but I'm glad it happened. I needed a win.
