We've been TTC for a year now, and I was diagnosed with PCOS in July last year.
my doctor has requested that OH has a SA before we get referred for Clomid etc - if we're eligible (we've got one LO already).
The GP wants to see if the only issue we're against is my PCOS or if my OH has any underlying issues too.
Basically what I want to know is - if he does have problems found - would it go for or against us getting Clomid etc?
As in, would we get the help neeeded as we've got less of a chance of doing it naturally - or would they be less likely to want to spend the money and resources on Clomid & scans, if we've got more against us and basically less chance of it being successful? We've already been told we won't qualify for IVF/ICSI/IUI because of LO, but may be able to get Clomid instead.
If that makes sense?
