glad im not alone, although unlike most, dom is the reverse, night time feeds are perfect and i can normally get a full 4oz feed down his neck no problemo. Daytime however is a diff situation, he will get fussy 2oz in, so ill wind him, then to even put him back to the bottle he would start doing a muted moan...sometimes cry like chewbacca and push the bottle away, i couldnt get into the docs so her phone diagnosis was colic and told me to stop using dentinox colic relief and switch to infacol (WHICH SHE HAD TO GOOGLE might i add....)
I wasn't happy that i was told it was colic as dom has been fine on formula for over 7 weeks now,and had no colic symptoms what-so-ever. My trip to the docs just though was much better he said no way was it colic and dom has been put on infant gaviscon. Half a sachet to a 4oz feed, if no improvement, a full sachet then he wants to review him in 10 days. Im hoping this helps him but it seems like gaviscon isn't helping much with many babies does anyone have any other tips to get a feed down well? doms on the 9th centile as it is,(steady though not losing) but i don't want him to drop down IFYKWIM...its horrid seeing them in pain
