Tobias has been dry and clean for over four months now.
He's really good usually, with no accidents.

However, in the last week or so, he has started wetting himself again.

To begin with I put it down to him playing and not concentrating and it caught up with him!
However the last few days, he is being blatant about it. Just this last time, he was stood right in front of me and just ...let go!

I've asked him about it, and he can't seem to communicate any reason to me.

The only thing to have changed this week is that'd have gone back to work are having Alex.
However this does not affect Tobias at all as his schedule never changed, he still had hs day at Nannys and then his days at nursery.

Has anyone any ideas?

I have had the same problem this past week or so. My little girl is 2 now and has been going on the potty without no problem for about 2 months and all of a sudden she has just started to do it on the floor, She seems to think she is doing no wrong as she looks at me while she wees i just try explain to her that she has to wee wee on the potty, Not sure what else can be done to be honest. I hope you get it sorted soon xx

Just a random thought but my little sister did this when she younger for about a week. It turned out she had a urine infection. I know that when I've had cystitis, I have to go urgently and have had accidents, even as an adult.

Might be way off but just thought I'd mention it.

I hope you get to the bottom of it soon x

I have thought this myself, but I thought with UTI's there is discomfort, pls he is going through the night.... And an hour + after waking up!

Might take him to the dr to see.

He may just need some re-assurance. While his schedule hasn't changed, your schedule has and he will have noticed for sure. I'm struggling at the moment as hubby is out a lot (Ice hockey, diving courses, work for University etc etc) and I find myself on my own up to 4 nights a week. Earl is starting to notice and is getting very clingy at night which isn't like him at all. For us personally nothing has changed, but that difference, while subtle has affected his behaviour.

Maybe you just need to go back to basics a bit with him. Remind him, praise him, show him you're still there for him etc etc.

I would also get him checked for a UTI if it continues - it may just be the beginning of the UTI. I know when I get one for a couple of days before I find I just need a wee more often and don't always get the discomfort until a couple of days later.
