Reheating chilli

Sorry for the silly question, I only ask because of the kidney beans in it I remember in school learning they have poison in them if not cooked properly?

When I reheat spag bol I just do it over the hob for 10 minutes with a bit of extra water while the pasta is cooking, can I do the same with chilli? Is it ok to reheat? Thanks!
 
Yes I'd reheat the same as normal .. I have and never been a problem for us.l they may go sloppy but that's about all I think
 
Reheating kidney beans is fine, the toxins are only a problem if they are dried rather than tinned and not soaked before cooking.

Holy moly. I did not know this. I've eaten dried kidney beans before without soaking :shock: I will stick to canned in future!
