Hi, how does everyone reheat purees. I have a 30ml of pear puree to give to my baby at 11am and have not got a clue what to do. It was taken out the freezer last night and has defrosted in the fridge and has remained covered the whole time.

I just put it in a cup of hot water - it heats pretty quickly. Or just mixing it with warm formula gets it up to a reasonable temperature if your LO isn't too fussy!

I used to microwave mine as I am sure it needs to be above a certain temp to kill off any potential bacteria if it's been frozen. Once transferred into a small bowl it cooled really quick.
