Republic Of Ireland Girls

hey everyone, just curious, are you making birth plans?? its not really the done thing in this country is it?? i dunno, i thought i'd jot down a few things.

Heya hun.
its deffo not really a done thing here
which is a shame, childbirth is most beautiful amazing
experience in the world, iv had both Natural and csections
&& both were very clinical if you get me?
Like i know my natural was a diff situation but if my little girl
had to have been alive, the experience would have been much
nicer if there was some personaliastion to it like a birthplan.

with my c-section there wasnt any options for a plan for me
just to go with the procedure.. but for likes of that they should
take into account some womens desire for mediation music/ relaxation music
etc in theatre (wouldnt be my sort of thing) but have heard of it done before in Us and Uk..

but do go ahead and jot down few notes, at your next app
just mention to midwife what the procedure is in your hosp for mothers birth plans and what happens, no harm in asking :flower:

I was asked what my birth plan was at one of my last app up at the hosp (and it was written in my red folder) - didnt get to use it though as both the girls came too quick!!! my was just as simple as would like as natural as poss, dont really want an epi or a c/s but ok if it is needed!!!

Hi girls, I'm just popping over from the NI thread to ask a big favour..

I'm hoping to start up my own business next year and currently doing some market research. I plan on selling on both sides of the border and really keen to get feedback from mummies and mummies to be in Ireland as well as UK

I'd be so grateful if some of you could help by filling in this survey:
www.kwiksurveys.com?u=loveabletreasures

It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes and would really help me out.

Thanks!

Leona xo
