Hi

Does anybody have a problem with restless legs?

I never had the problem before I got pregnant!

I only really feel it when I'm sleeping or trying to fall a sleep... not easy going into deep sleep with all that moving....

ok...so i have this MASSIVE pregnancy book (my OH's idea of "helping")..and i looked it up...says the best cure for "restless legs" is to have them higher than the rest of your body as its blood flow that causes it....

sooo...im thinking this might be quite hard...try lying with your legs up the wall?...even for a little while?

although i have NO idea how comfortable that may actually be...

Maybe I'll try and put some pillows under my legs... although I can't sleep on my back for long, it's worth the the try.

Thank you....

the things we have to do to try and be comfortable...:)

i hope it helps, i cant imagine restless legs is much fun :hugs:

xx

haha im with you on that havent got a clue but alot of people say it works!
i wanna know if it works for you cinamon

I have read that it might be because of a shortage of Magnesium or Iron...
But I''ll rather try the soap and maybe it will help for the muscle cramps that wake me up at 3 am...:haha:
I'll try anything:thumbup:

Thank you for your response :flower:

I have had it on and off for as long as I can remember. I find it helps if I have a hot shower as soon as I get the symptoms. I have been known to have a shower at 3am!

I havent tried the soap but am thinking its worth a go!

Good Luck
