"Restless Legs"

the best thing that worked for me was eating more yoghurts,and wearing the white support stockings, within a week no more pain, but I still feel the need to move my legs alot in bed, but suppose no pain is soooo much better xx
 
I used to have DH rub them with johnsons calming lotion until I fell asleep or felt better. Squeezing, going from knee to toe worked best and almost every night it worked!
 
RLS has been the bane of my life for years now, and it's worse in pregnancy... have you tried bananas? And going to bed well hydrated? xx
 
DRINK TONIC WATER! The kind with quinine in it. My doc recommended it and it has helped a lot! I just kind of sip on it throughout the day and especially drink some in the evening. I still get restless but not nearly as bad. I also sleep with a pillow between my knees, try to stay active during the day (mine is worse when I'm sitting down), and sometimes soak my legs in a warm bath in the evenings.
 
i get it all the time usually later in the day and def. at night when im trying to sleep. i'm thinking about gettin some biofreeze from work to try and see if that helps!
