Returning to work after Mat Leave?

I due to return back to work next month for 2 days a week, I went to see my mananger yesterday to talk about my return but she wasnt there

I still have all my holiday days to take (about 18) will they allow me to use them holidays to extend my leave, so i will take two a week from when i am ment to return or will i have to take the 18 in block so it will only be extended for 3 weeks??

depends on your contract and whether the 18 days is pro rata. If you accrued 18 days on full time and are now part time, it might be you are just allowed the 3 weeks.

It will depend on the company you work for hun. When i was due to go back i had 3weeks left to take and they gave it me to take all at once. Goodluck with that one hun x
