RH neg moms

Any moms RH neg? I am and received two shots already. One at 10 weeks due to spotting and one recently about three weeks ago due to a blow to the belly at work. My question is I just bumped my belly not hard at all but I bumped it, do I need to get a shot after every single bump to the belly? It didn't hurt and there is no bruising cramping or anything. Some people say u can have bleeding internally and not know so u need a shot every time. I will call my dr tomorrow but just curious if anyone knows?
