Right side pain!!!

Hello! So I had a scan at 8 weeks and saw a heathy baby with a great HB. My dr. also found a cyst on my right ovary and said it was a normal size and very common. I actually felt slight pain that morning on my right side so was glad to know what it was from. Today I'm having pretty bad pain on my right side. Do you guys think it's the cyst or could it be from something else? I'm starting to get really uncomfortable. I'm out pf town right now but may need to drive back tomorrow to go to the dr! :/

I get that same kind of pain, except mine is in my left side. It is like a stabbing pain that can last up to an hour sometimes. It also sometimes feels like a dull pinchy pain. I believe it is normal, especially if you have a cyst. I had a cyst with all my pregnancies. It should go away after 13 weeks.
