Home made chilli (with super lean mince OBVIOUSLY  ) and new potatoes. They were re-heats though so I ended up roasting them in lots of (olive) oil

I shared fish and chips with DH (Ella fell asleep on my leg so I called him and whispered down the phone for him to get us some on his way back), then I had a big bowl of shredded wheat bitesize when my tescos order came.

Extra lean mince
Onion, chopped finely
Carrot, chopped finely
1 jar of passata
1 clove garlic
1 tin of kidney beans
Chilli powder, cumin, garam masala and tabasco to taste

It's just a case of chuck it all in really. It's not authentic but I like it! :D

Chilli powder, cumin, garam masala and tabasco to taste

^^

Are they all powders  and how much of?

Is it not healthy?

Yep, from the spice aisle at the supermarket. Except tabasco, that's alittle bottle and very HOT! Chilli you need to use sparingly. I put about a teaspoon of all of them in.

Garam masala is great for making anything meaty a bit more interesting without it being too hot or spicy. I love it in my cottage pie :D

I suppose it is quite healthy ( I hope so, OH left the tin of Celebrations next to the computer and I've had a few  )
