They really vary!!! I used to go to a great one, but then I moved and the new one was rubbish so I quit. They are always inspirational but the old one far more so and had a really good work out class. The second one was crap exercise, always felt like had to go gym after as not proper work out.

Guess it depends what u like, but I'd try one and see before you commit. X

thanks hunny, the one im planning on going to is the zumba class. can i go to a claass 1st without paying membership or do i need to pay the membership before i join in? x
