I know Eve is tiny but I'm wondering when you can start to work on a routine?
Actual age/ adjusted age/ good enough weight?

Eve is demand feeding now and takes about 100ml every 4/5/6 hours (I know this is quite good!) She tends to sleep most of the day & be up most of the night - is there anything I can do about this?
She often takes up to 150mls a feed.
I was told not to leave her longer than 6 hours so have had to wake her a few times to feed her.

With my 1st she was sleeping through the night by this age but she was ALOT bigger/not a premmie etc. I know I shouldn't compare but finding lack of sleep pretty hard with a 4 year old all day and Eve all night & my OH is @ work and up really early.

Didn't want to read and run.

J nurses, so it might be a little different, but from the time we go to bed until 6-7ish in the morning, I only feed her laying down in the dark. This way, she goes right back to sleep and knows it's not playtime. Started it a couple weeks ago and she usually only wakes once and feeds for just a couple minutes and drifts back off.
