Running while TTC, and hopefully Pregnant

I dont know if it would be too intense or not. Im not a medical expert, but in my opinion, if you are already in good enough shape, starting P90X would not hurt you or your chances TTC. If you were overweight or just starting to work out, that type of exercise might be a bit too extreme for you, TTC wise.. if that makes sense. Im doing Insanity and TTC, so I hope its not harmful! I think I would probably stop with such vigorous exercise in my second trimester though and just go back to straight jogging... hope that helps..
