Running with a Phil & Teds Sports Buggy

Anyone tried it??

My LO will be 10 weeks this coming Wednesday and I intend to take a year off work which gives me plenty of time to loose the baby weight and get back into shape.

I'm going to join Weight Watchers this week as I'm about 2 stone over weight but wanted to combine this with running.

The thing is I tried for the first time last week with DH in the forest and it nearly killed me! I used to do quite a bit of running and thought that my fitness would just be 'dormant' whilst pregnant (we used to do a lot of walking whilst I was heavily pregnant - I walked 10 miles the day before I gave birth!)

Any tips would be appreciated - my attempt last week has kind of made me feel a bit crap and I'm dreading getting my running trainers back on. :nope:
