Runny yellow poop?!

DD is on Aptimil and has been getting yellow runny poo which smells sour since using it. Is this normal?

logans poos have bin like this last couple days n ive just changed him bk to cow n gate first milk, n they were exactly the same wen he was on it wen he was younger , so yh think its normal. xx

Leos on C&g comfort and his poops are yellow and quite runny too. x

Chloe is on Aptimil and yep hers are yellow and runny and smell quite bad too, this has been since she was on Aptimil, she started out on SMA Gold but it made her constipated to the point that she was crying when trying to poo, now she has no problems!

Does yours poo after every feed?

I spoke to HV about it and she said its cause that particular formula is closest to breast milk so thats why
