i wanna call that a bfp with just how dark it is...but i would retest with a pink dye just to be sure. GL!

That looks definitely positive to me hun... nice & blue :yipee:

congrats

xx

I have read on here how blue dye tests can be really dodgy sso I would test again with a pink dye but I am REALLY hoping this is a BFP for you x x x x x x

They are new, but with a line like that i would say its a bfp, definately try a pink dye as it took ten mins to get dark.

I am sure congrats are in order though!

xx

Looks gud to me but i dont trust blue dye tests so use a pink dye test to make sure

i think you are pregnant but i do agree with the others get a pink dye test to double check! x x

I have just had a line like that on a lloyds one(the tests look the same) and i took a tesco one today and got a :bfp:!!!:hugs::hugs:looks like a:bfp::happydance:

Thanks for all the opinions ladies!! I'm going to re-test with a digi tomorrow so I'll post an update!!

Hope you're all well! :) xx

Well ladies.... I got home last night and did the second cheapie Sainsburys test to confirm and the tiny faint bit came up again but didnt get any darker :(

Had a small bit of bleeding yesterday but no cramps. Tested with digi last night and agin this morning and both negative.

I have really irregular cycles and sometimes very long (last one was nearly 6 weeks....this one has only been 4.5 so far) so i've got a docs appointment tonight to end the confusion!!

Silly Sainsbury's test....I think it's terrible that they could so easily give a false positive if thats what it was?!

xx

im going though the same thing at the minute with blue dye tests, 3 faint positives and still no answers, hope it is your bfp and not a nasty evap, goodluck today xxx

I had exactly the same with a sainsburys - although i haven't re-tested yet as i'm just going to give it til my longest cycle and re-test then if af doesn't arrive. I was 4.6 but i'm going to wait until after tomorrow which will be my longest. If blue dye tests are so unreliable, wht are they allowed to sell them still?

I agree!! I don't know how they can call them 99% reliable when so many people get inaccurate results!!

I'm hoping that the first one was right and that the 3 yesterday / today are negative as a result of the amount of tea I had yesterday diluting me!! :haha:

Let me know how you both get on...i'm interested to hear other people's experiences with naughty blue dye xx

I agree with the last comment. They should not be allowed to sell them. I never ever buy them. I guess if no one bought them they may stop! Its strange though as i assume they all work the same way?

I hope you get the answer your looking for, the bleed may be implantation, if you get nothing else test again in 2 days.

If the Dr does a test and its neg, dont count yourself out as the Drs tests are not as sensitive a home ones.

xxxx

Thanks for the responses....will let you all know the outcome of the docs appointment tonight.

I have a smear booked for Monday but obviously don't want to go ahead and have it because of the possibility that the BFP wasn't correct!

xx

Also, the digital tests that you are taking are not anywhere near as sensitive as a FRER or similiar test. Most digis read only from 50-100 mius... I recommend getting a pink dye test..dollar tree is best if you live in the US..or FRER however all my experience proves that dollar tree tests show up wayy before FRER so I would try to get one like that or similar! Good luck and FXd

I didn't know that..... I thought digi's were the most accurate!! Stupid TV ad with the annoying woman who thinks she's a scientist!!

OK maybe i'll try and get a pink dye test before the docs. BFN on the digi's could be explained by the fact that my period really isn't due until Saturday based on last months cycle.

Oh how I wish I had a nice 28 day, easily predictable, always on time AF!! :haha:

xx

I have pulled apart the tests from yesterday and the day before.... the top one was the one I did on Tuesday and the one beneath it was done last night.

Can anyone see a faint line on the bottom one?

Thanks x
