salvia testers?

hi ya all!
I found this one article in this one magazine about salvia testers that points your ovulation date!!??!! wow! it said it costs 40€ to buy... has anyone tried anything like that ? do these test really work? It says it lasts for 2 years....can this be for real??? I think I am gonna go buy myself one even though I still have 5 months before I start trying.... Am I crazzy?????

I brought one from internet for 30 euro's. Tried using it this month for first time alongside my urine testers but didn't register ov whilst urine sticks did. So not sure how useful it is really as didn't seem to work.

I've never tried the saliva tests so not really sure. I'm sure there are other girls here that can answer your question. Try posting this question on the TTC board as well. You may get alot more answers there.

I don't think they are very effective at pointing out EXACTLY when ov is, but they will give you a good indication of hormone changes. I have one and it's actually kinda neat.
