Bit late off the mark here as I thought someone else was updating 
but as most of you know Sam went in for her induction yesterday. Here is a run down of updates since then:
About 6pm - first lot of gel, baby being monitored and very active
7.20pm - Sam thinks she might be having contractions..
9.30pm - Tightenings every 10mins, constant back pain and period cramp. Sammypops can't sit still apparently
11.30pm - Contractions still every 10mins 'more uncomfortable than sore', pain killers taking the edge off the back ache. "I'm contracting but it isn't even sore. I feel like superman
" 
MIDNIGHT - More gel (I think so anyway she said she was going to get more at midnight)
1.25am - Contractions getting painful and every 5mins but still a bit irregular. Getting more gel in 2 hours which will make them stronger.
1.30am - Poor Sam 'getting scared', worried that she can hardly handle the pain so what will she be like as it gets worse
3.50am - "Got given some tablets for pain. Don't even know what it was. Just grabbed them off her." bless her! Feeling tired but contactions are too much to sleep through and are definitely getting stronger.
And that's the last I've heard! Gave her a couple of texts today but don't want to bombard her as she's either in labour or having cuddles with baby boy (hopefully the latter by now!!).. not going to give in to the worry for a little while anyway xxx

but she was up so so late anyways so if she has had him (which she MUST have by now?!) then I'm sure she'll be sleeping 
Can't wait to see pics! Think she deserves a nice long rest now though after a labour that long! xxx
