sausages and mash

Jacob has this all the time I cut the sausages into little long slices and he picks them up himself x

thank you xx im going to start givig him our food as he's over 6 months now but im going to mash it up rather than put it in the blender so he gets used to having a 'thicker' texture. werent sure if it was ok to give as sausages arnt that healthy are they? xx

Sausage arent no! I normally have Quorn sausages or the light ones. If you can get the expensive ones that actually use proper meat instead of all the yucky bits x

Just be careful you use good quality sausages and keep a careful eye on the salt content

when we have sausage i just give Connah everything else but the sausage,unless i bought them from a butcher(which isnt very often) x
