If its just crumbs and stuff one of the air cannisters in the vid should do it, just hold the keyboard upside down and spraythe nozzle between the keys.
A wet wipe should be fine to clean up the surface of the keys.

Dont do what my friend did (actualy it was his wife that did it)and scrub it down with soap and water
