What a nightmare getting there was though 
Managed to get out the door on time only to have my bloody sat nav take me the most awful route there (and still managed to get lost!) Then 5 mins before we got there Abbi threw up!
Got there 1/2 hour late
but luckily it was a 1 1/2 hour appointment, just meant OT went straight into the assesment and we chatted after.
All very positive thankfully. She just did a range of tasks with Noah to get an idea of his abilities.
As I expected his gross motor skills were spot on! he needed a bit of help with some of the fiddly tasks like scissors and bead threading but she was happy that he tried and didnt give up (thats my boy!)
She was pretty sure that he could have done alot more things but he struggles to understand what is being asked of him. So need work on communication/understanding etc
She is writting up her report and sending copies to all the people involved in Noah's case. Also adding activities we and the nursery can do with him to help him catch up.
