Scampi?

I know there are certain rules for fish due to the mecury levels etc but does anyone know if its ok to eat scampi?

Hoping to go out for a meal tonight and i just love the scampi in the place we're going! scampi and tartare sauce yum yum !! please let it be ok to eat?! lol

Yeah it'll be fine. Its only really tuna, swordfish and shark you are to avoiud, as they eat other fishes and therefore the mercury levels are meant to increase.

You can eat tuna but they say no more then 3(??) cans a week.

I ate on average a tin a week ....

We didnt go in the end as we couldnt get a babysitter !

Hoping to go one day next week so i will definitely be enjoying my scampi soon !!!
