Hi sorry for what you're going through.
With my m/cs, both times I had to go back about a week later after initially going in for spotting - regardless of whether I'd started bleeding or not (although on both occasions I did start bleeding within that week and everything came away by time I had second scans)
I agree with above it's to check what's going on in there to be sure you're miscarrying and to be 100 per cent.
Both times I dreaded going back but both times I got reassurance that at least everything was happening as it should.
Thinking of you. xxx

its just to check how things are going hun its nothing to worry about.

its just to check that nothings been left behind as there could be a risk of infection.

SO SORRY DARLING*

as others have said, its just to see how things are going in there*when i had my mmc i opted for d&c as my body wasn't letting go*

this may be an option for you, i would highly recommend it, its over so quick, just mild period pains after for couple days and your asleep through op so for me took away alot of the trauma of it all*

i felt then i could start to move on*

wishing you all the best darling, stay strong and try and look to the future*

next time all will be perfect im sure***:hugs:

i had 1 at 10 wks and found out BO
Appt next week at 11 wks (offered d & C)
Appt made for 2 wks later(tho wnet earlier as i couldnt take it any longer and goit d & C)

Each time they where just checking the process and the last one showed the sack collapsing so it put my mind at rest that there was no hope and i felt fine to have d & C

I think they like to make sure u dont get infections etc:hugs:

Just wanted to say sorry!! :hugs:
My story is the same as Brockie's by the way.. i received great advice from friends who'd gone through mc the natural way and both said they regretted doing it. As it happened I started to mc on the morning of the scan/ scheduled d&c..but i still had the scan as a precaution (originally to see if the baby hadnt actually grown but later) to see if things were progressing as they should.

You will get through this and the best advice i have for you is to listen to your body and go with what feels right for you. Both now and later.

Take care, sweetie xxxxx
