Scared of being heavily pregnant

I know I'm only nearly 27 weeks but in the past week I've really being feeling uncomfortable especially at night so I'm not sleeping very much and I think its making me more emotional :cry:

I've started feeling baby move so much stronger which I love!! BUT it does hurt a bit. My bump hurts now if I sit in certain positions and my back and hips are killing me. Even my lady bits hurt a lot now!

I just can't imagine how I'm going to feel in a few weeks time. I feel so anxious about it already :nope: As the baby gets bigger I'm also worried about squishing her :shrug: :dohh:


I never realised how much of an irrational wuss I was until I got pregnant.
 
you wont squish the baby its well protected in there, i know how it feels when your uncomfortable, good thing is most babies change posistions alot, I would get some more pillows for your bed and make a comfy nest, i'm already using a duvet and pillows to sit on the sofa to watch tv as the sofa cushions arent supportive enough and i have a spare duvet that i use like a body pillow and tuck around me and bump in the night to get comfy
 
I have got a body pillow already and I was just saying to OH that I think I need another one but I'll try a rolled up duvet. Good idea thank you :flower:
 
I know how u feel, recently started my 1st stretchmarks and cried over it and how I want it over with cos how can I cope being heavily pregnant...

But it'll be so worth it in the end :hugs:
 
I wont lie, it does get a lot worse. I thought I was huge and so uncomfortable at 28 weeks. And now that im days from my due date I look back and think I wasn't that big lol. But it doesn't all hit you at once, it slowly creeps up on you day by day. Being 40 weeks pregnant, I cant even walk without pain in my hips, legs, feet, back. At 28 weeks i was still hitting the gym. Hang in there!
 
That's another thing my breathing is crazy! When I was in a lecture (I'm a mature student) the other day the person beside me turned around and said " Wow you're like breathing really heavy"
 
awww.... so many of us can sympathize!

I'll be 29 weeks on Monday and what I feel most is towards the late afternoon it feels as though this kid has a blow torch to my muscles inside, then takes his/her claws and scrapes me up (lol). I also get this nasty pain in my right rib cage area towards my back.

I can't imagine getting bigger than this and it scares me more than labor scares me!! Seriously!

I really try not to complain, I'm not a complainer, but I think I may have to get myself a complaint journal because I need some place to rant my woes.

That's me exactly! I hate feeling like I'm moaning all the time but I'm genuinely uncomfortable and achey and nervous about how much worse it will be!
I don't wanna sound ungrateful!
