Scared of bursting the exercise/birth ball lol

    I sit on it for a minute then get scared it's going to pop? I feel really fat and huge lol how heavy are you allowed to be on them, is there a maximum weight? Xxx

    I believe most are designed to hold well over 500 lbs, some into the 1000 lb range. That's if you are sitting on it, which is how you would use it during labor. Not "landing" on it while doing exercises, creating a lot of extra force. If you are really worried about it, you can get burst proof balls that are designed to deflate really slow if something does happen.
