Scared, Worried, and Confused. Need To Rant.

I really need to rant & I currently have nobody. So, Hi.
I'm Samantha. I recently had a UTI this week, and missed school every day. Went to the doctor on tuesday, and got medicine for it.
All the symptoms went away except my stomach and lower back pains, & my nausea.
I went back to the doctor this morning, and he prescribed me more medicine.
But after throwing up, my mom asked if I was pregnant.
And I had never really considered it. Until she asked.
I have early pregnancy symptoms. My period was supposed to start this week, and the past couple of days I've been spotting. Not very much at all. And earlier I had a very light pinkish discharge.

So I did some more research on the internet, through about 20 websites.

I'm on birth control but I am known to forget to take it/miss days.
I'm sexually active with my boyfriend of 7 months, and we have sex very often.

I'm scared out of my mind, but I'm worried it's too early to take a pregnancy test.

I'm going crazy with the suspense.
I'm in high school.

Am I just assuming stupid stuff or...?

If youve missed a period or had a lighter flow than normal, it is not too early to test. This thread will be locked because you dont know, but my advice to you is TEST TEST TEST. its the only way you can know.

A lot of us are in high school, and we will welcome you back with open arms once you know for sure.

you could try taking a homemade pregnancy test to see what it says

Then you could take a pregnancy test if that shows positive. You are better off to do a test to find out then to worry about if you are or aren't you. Worrying about it could dely your period and you could be worrying for nothing. The sooner you take a test the sooner you will know so that at that point you can figure out what to do cause you will know what is going on. It could just be your UTI messing things up.
